We're currently doing a major overhaul of this site, so stay tuned for a far more comprehensive means by which to troubleshoot any issues you may have with our Nox line of products!
Alright, so it's not quite finished yet, but there is a lot of good information here for our customers and we'd like everyone to have access to as much information as possible, as quickly as possible.
We'll be continuing to update this knowledge base over the next few months paying careful attention to frequently asked questions from our customers. If you have a question about RFiD that we haven't answered here, please get in contact with us! Feel free to talk to anyone here at our company, not everyone is on our contact list yet, but they'll all get there eventually.
In addition to this support site, SimplyRFiD is hosting a monthly webinar on using RFID to track and manage assets. If anyone is interested in signing up for our webinar please send an email to support@simplyrfid.com.
